安裝流程  
关闭设备，同时按住电源键和音量减键，待手机启动进入引导加载程序模式后松开。

打开终端/命令提示符/PowerShell终端并运行以下命令。

> fastboot reboot fastboot

手机启动进入 FastbootD 模式后，运行 `> fastboot devices` 查看设备是否被检测到。

例如，输出结果如下：

```auto
ZY22HZLCR2	fastbootd

```

记住，必须是 fastbootd，而不是 fastboot。如果显示的是 fastboot，请重新阅读说明。

之所以需要使用 fastbootd 而不是 bootloader（fastboot），是因为摩托罗拉在 bootloader 中加入了时间戳检查机制，导致无法在 bootloader 中刷写镜像，从而引发类似这样的错误：

```auto
Writing 'boot_b' (bootloader) Preflash validation failed
FAILED (remote: '')
fastboot: error: Command failed

```

因此，您必须进入 fastbootd 模式才能刷入initial install zip 文件。

如果无法检测到 USB 设备，请了解如何安装相关的 USB 驱动程序。

接下来，输入 `fastboot --skip-reboot update`，然后将初始安装 zip 文件拖放到终端中并运行它。  
e.g:

```auto
fastboot --skip-reboot update yaap_banshee_cancunf_initial_install.zip

```

格式化数据

刷机成功且无任何错误后，您可以运行 fastboot reboot recovery 命令。

然后，您可以选择设备上的“清除数据/恢复出厂设置”选项来格式化 /data 分区。

刷入 ROM

最后，在您的设备上选择“通过 ADB 应用更新 / 应用更新 → 通过 ADB 应用更新 / 安装更新 → ADB 侧载”选项，然后在终端中输入

> adb sideload

，再将 ROM zip 文件拖放到终端中并运行。

e.g:

```auto
adb sideload YAAP-16-Banshee-cancunf-20250929.zip

```

如果刷机过程没有出现任何错误，请重启设备进入新刷入的ROM 🙂
